I understand that splash pads typically do not have a lifeguard on duty, that surfaces can be slippery, and that staff will supervise but cannot guarantee against accidents. I have applied (or will provide) sunscreen for my child and have packed appropriate water shoes and a swimsuit. I authorize the program to administer basic first aid as needed and to seek emergency care if necessary.
