Data access & deletion request

Use this page to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you've shared with SplashPadHub (e.g. a newsletter email or a park submission). We respond within 30 days per GDPR / CCPA.

How to request

Email privacy@splashpadhub.com with:

• The action you want: access, correction, or deletion.
• The email address you used (if any) so we can locate your records.
• If applicable, the park you submitted/claimed.
• Whether you're exercising rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, or another framework (optional but helpful).

We'll never ask for sensitive verification details (no SSN, no payment info). For most requests, a reply from the email address on file is enough to verify identity.
